Am Cst Wednesday/ For All Of East Tennessee...Extreme Southwest 
Virginia Including Bristol And Norton...And Cherokee And Clay 
Counties In North Carolina...

Warning Message:At 730 PM EST/630 PM CST/ numerous areas are flooded including the 
following...
The Valley River in Tomotla...Cherokee County...North Carolina was 
at 10.4 feet and climbing at about one foot per hour with mudslides 
in steep terrain...
Numerous Road closures in Hamilton County and Blount County, Tennessee...
Rock slides in great Smoky Mountain National Park...
A few Road closures in Meigs and McMinn counties, Tennessee...
Bradley County, Tennessee reports approximately one hundred roads 
closed and some with water up to mailboxes...
A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or has been reported.
Stream rises will be slow and flash flooding is not expected.
However...all interested parties should take necessary precautions
immediately.

A Flood Watch means that conditions are favorable for heavy
rain...which may lead to flooding in and near the watch area. If
you are in the watch area....keep an eye out for rising water or
water over roadways. Keep informed...and be ready for action if
flooding is observed or if a Flood Warning is issued. If you come
to a closed or flooded Road...turn around! Don't drown!
